红土镍矿高温矿物相转变及还原机理初探 被引量:3

摘要 以东南亚某国红土镍矿为原料研究了红土镍矿高温还原过程中矿石的物相变化和还原机理。结果表明,矿石中的主要含镍矿物为镍滑石,主要含铁矿物为利蛇纹石。随着高温还原温度的升高,金属镍和铁的粒度增大;还原出的金属镍、铁主要以镍铁合金形式存在。分析了矿石在不同温度下的物相转变过程。 The mineral phase transformation and reduction mechanism of nickel laterite from Southeast Asia at high temperature were studied. XRD analysis results indicated that the main Ni-contained mineral phases is willemseity,the Fe-contained mineral phase is nepouite. SEM observation indicated that the particle size of Ni-Fe alloy increased with temperature increasing, the Ni and Fe existed in the form of karmacite, a style of nickel-iron alloy.The mineral phase transformation with temperature were analyzed by XRD method.
