摘要
以小香鸡为试验对象,研究长期闲置的种公鸡和正常采精的种公鸡在精液品质和体形指数上的差异。结果表明,长期闲置使种公鸡体重减轻(P<0.05)、冠高变小(P<0.01)、精子活力明显降低(P<0.01)。
Taking Xiaoxiangji as test subjects,the differences in semen quality and body type index between long-term idle breeder rooster and normal spermatozoa breeder rooster were studied.The results showed that long-term idleness could reduce the weight（P〈 0.05）,decrease crown height（P〈 0.01）,and significantly decrease sperm motility（P〈 0.01）of breed rooster.
