Preparation of Organic Selenium-enriched Eggs

以富硒组分饲料配方饲养罗斯褐蛋鸡,研究了所产富有机硒鸡蛋的理化指标和营养价值,探讨了其在科学补硒中的重要意义。结果表明,富有机硒鸡蛋的蛋白质含量为16.2 g/100 g,总硒含量为29.8μg/100 g,有机硒含量为25.9μg/100 g,有机硒含量占总硒的86.9%,符合《食品安全地方标准富有机硒食品硒含量要求》(DBS42/002—2014),为人体补硒提供了一种较好的方式。

Ross Brown was fed with selenium-enriched feed ingredients,the physical and chemical indicators and nutritive value of organic selenium-enriched eggs produced by Ross Brown were studied,the significance of its application in scientific selenium supplementation was discussed.The results showed that the protein content of organic selenium-enriched eggs was 16.2 g/100 g,the total selenium content was 29.8 μg/100 g,the organic selenium content was 25.9 μg/100 g,and the organic selenium content accounted for 86.9% of the total selenium,in compliance with ＂The Local Standards for Food Safety Selenium Content Requirements for Organic Selenium-enriched Foods＂（DBS42/002 —2014）,so it provides a good way for the body to replenish selenium.
