土地城镇化与人口城镇化互动关系分析

Analysis on Relationship Between Land Urbanization and Population Urbanization

新型城镇化是我国全面建设小康社会的重要载体,而土地城镇化和人口城镇化是其基础性要素,两者间的相互关系是影响新型城镇化科学健康发展的关键因素。本文阐述了土地城镇化与人口城镇化的内涵,并分析了两者之间的关系及两者发展失调的原因,以期为新型城镇化建设提供借鉴。

New-type urbanization is the important carrier of building a well-off society in an all-round way,the land urbanization and population urbanization are the basic factors,the relationship between these two urbanization is the key of the healthy development of new-type urbanization.The connotation of the land urbanization and population urbanization were reviewed in this paper,the relationship between these two urbanization and the reasons for the imbalance were analyzed,so as to provide references for the construction of new urbanization.
