With the continuous progress of science and technology,the database of information system has been widely applied in all walks of life. Many enterprises use the management information system database to manage employees,and take this as a basis for evaluation. In order to meet the needs of information management continuously,we need to optimize the database of large scale management information system. This paper introduces the database technology,analyzes the application of the data technology in the information management system,and expounds the optimization method of the large management information system database.
