摘要
针对高温高压气藏定产生产条件下的出砂问题,推出了考虑孔压变化的有限大厚壁筒模型地层应力场表达式,采用了考虑气体加速效应的运动方程估测孔压分布,观察了有效径向拉应力大小水平,此有效径向拉应力不足以导致岩石发生拉伸破坏,基于Hoek-Brown准则建立了高温高压气井出砂预测模型,通过现场案例验证了该模型的准确性,对预测高温高压气井出砂具有一定的指导意义。
For the sand production during a constant-rate production of a high pressure and high temperature gas well, a new modeling is proposed. The rock stress near the wellbore is given from the thick-walled cylinder with a finite outer boundary considering of the varying pore pressure. The pore pressure distribution is given by the gas momentum equation considering gas acceleration effect. The level of tensile stress is observed. The Hoek-Brown criterion is used for shear failure. The proposed modeling has been already successfully applied to the ultra-deep high pressure gas well in an oilfield of western China.
