摘要
渤海某FPSO使用离心机进行油田含油污水处理,由于上游流程改变、冲砂等原因,离心机处理效果达不到要求,为了改善水处理效果,选用旋流气浮一体化技术进行污水处理试验。该技术基于低强度旋流离心力场和气浮组合原理,具有停留时间短、占用面积小、操作要求低等特点。对紧凑型气浮装置结构、工作原理、现场试验情况进行介绍,将旋流气浮一体化技术在该FPSO进行水质处理应用试验。试验结果表明,相比较于离心机,在同等工况下,紧凑型气浮装置平均除油效率97.2%,处理后水中含油率小于30 mg/L,满足处理要求;经过泵等设备剪切作用后,会增加水中含油的稳定性,增大水中含油处理难度,紧凑型气浮装置设置在上游处理效果优于下游;在冲砂等原因导致上游流程变化时,紧凑型气浮装置仍能表现出较高除油率,具有很好的稳定性和适用性。
The centrifuge is used for oily wastewater treatment on a FPSO in Bohai oilfield,the centrifuge treating effect have fallen short for the reason of upstream process change and sand jetting.In order to improve the effect of wastewater treatment,cyclonic floatation integrated technology is applied to the wastewater treatment experiment. The technology is based on the principle of soft cyclone separation and air flotation, and has the characteristics of short residence time, small occupied area and low operation requirements.The structure, principle and field test of the CFU are introduced, and the application test of the cyclonic floatation integrated technology in the FPSO water treatment is carried out.The experimental results show that, compared with the centrifuge,the average oil removal efficiency of the CFU is 97.2 %under the same working condition, and the OIW is less than 30 mg/L after treatment,which meets the requirements of treatment. After the shear action of the pump and other equipment, it will increase the stability of the OIW and increase the difficulty of wastewater.The CFU is better than the downstream. The CFU can still show a higher oil removal efficiency on the condition of flow process changes and sand jetting, the CFU has good stability and feasibility.
