摘要
针对常规压裂工艺无法满足陇东深层致密气开发需求,以"提高单井产量"为目标,评价产能主控因素、建立物性参数分类标准、形成高排量混合水压裂工艺研究(包括小粒径支撑剂优选、多级段塞加砂工艺优化、降低破压措施研究)、研发深井耐高温、低摩阻压裂液体系,形成一套超深层致密气体积压裂技术,使得陇东超深致密气储层单井产量大幅度提升。
According to the conventional fracturing technology, the development of deep dense gas in Longdong is not satisfied. Based on the goal of "increasing single well output",the paper evaluates the main control factors of capacity, establishes the classification standard of physical parameters, and studies the fracturing technology of high displacement mixed water(including optimization of small size support agent, optimizing of multistage slug sand-adding process and reduction of breaking-pressure measures).The development of deep well high temperature and low friction fracturing fluid system, forming a set of ultra deep tight gas backlog crack technology, so that the ultra-deep tight gas reservoir in Longdong oil production of single wells increased significantly.
