马莲种皮有效成分的提取及黄酮含量的测定 被引量:2

The extraction of effective constituents and determination of total flavonoids of the Marlene seed coat

摘要 以不同浓度的乙醇为溶剂,采用索氏提取法提取马莲种皮中的有效成分并测定总黄酮含量;采用NaNO_2-Al-(NO)_3-NaOH比色法通过紫外分光光度计在510nm处测定提取液吸光度,计算总黄酮含量,并利用正交试验优化马莲种皮的提取工艺。研究表明:正交试验优化所得的最佳提取条件为乙醇浓度70%,料液比1:15,提取时间5h时,提取物中黄酮含量最高为9.23%。 The total flavonoid of Marlene seed coat were extracted with different ethanol by Soxhlet.The total flavonoid contents were detected with absorption spectrophotometer in 510 nm by using NaNO_2-Al(NO)_3-NaOH method.Calculate the total flavonoid content.The extraction process of Marlene seed coat was optimized by orthogonal experiment..We found when the solid-liquid ratio was 1:15, the concentration of ethanol was 70 % and the extraction time was 5 h.The content of falconoid in the extract was 9.23 %.
