摘要
为了解决软岩巷道出现的围岩破碎、两帮变形、顶板冒出和底膨问题,对软岩巷道掘进过程中的应力变化进行了分析,找出软岩巷道交叉点支护变形的原因。在研究锚网支护、U型钢支护、耦合支护和钢管混凝土结构后,提出了以钢管混凝土结构为主体、耦合支护为辅助的综合性支护方案。生产实践证明,这种综合支护方案能够将软岩巷道的变形控制在可控范围内,使巷道具有较高的稳定性,避免支护强度不足产生的安全问题。
In order to solve the problems existing in soft rock roadway, such as broken surrounding rock, roadway sides deformation,roof fall and floor heave, the stress changes during the tunneling process in soft rock were analyzed, and the reasons of causing support deformation at roadway junction were found out. By studying the structure of bolting with wire mesh support, U-shaped steel support,coupling support and concrete-filled steel tube support, the comprehensive support scheme was proposed, which was based on concrete-filled steel tube structure and supplemented by coupling support. The production practice has proved that this method can control the deformation of soft rock within the controllable range to make the roadway has high stability, and to avoid impacting security because of the lack of support strength and low stress.
