中老年人重大疾病精神护理保险产品设计研究

本文基于"保险+服务"的理念,提出"中老年人重大疾病精神护理保险"的产品设计构想。该险种以"重大疾病精神护理"和"重大疾病临终关怀"为主要保险责任,在中老年人因罹患重大疾病,心理状况波动且有精神护理需求时,将精神护理服务和现金补偿两者结合一起作为保险待遇进行给付,以应对其因罹患重大疾病而导致的心理健康风险。同时,该险种还在参保期间提供基于"健康信息数据库"的健康管理服务,通过对被保险人身心健康状况的监测,及时发出健康预警及诊疗建议,从而实现身心疾病的管理和预防。

Based on the concept of ＂insurance ＋ service＂, this paper puts forward the concept of product design of ＂mental care insurance for the elderly with critical disease ＂.Taking ＂mental nursing on major disease ＂ and ＂ hospice care for major disease ＂ as the main insurance liability, this product can combine the mental nursing service with cash compensation for insurance payment when the elderly suffer from critical diseases and need the mental care, so as to deal with the mental health risks caused by serious diseases. At the same time, the health management service of ＂health information database＂ is used to provide health early warning and diagnosis and treatment advice by monitoring the insured＇ s mental health, thus to realize the management and prevention of both physical and mental diseases.
