摘要 目的分析Sysmex XN-9000血细胞分析仪检测分析网织血小板的意义以及临床应用价值。方法方便选择2014年5月—2017年5月期间该院收治的96例血液疾病患者,其中特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)患者33例为A组;急性白血病(AL)患者25例为B组;再生障碍性贫血(AA)患者38例为C组,同期进行健康体检的健康人50名为对照组,利用Sysmex XN-9000血细胞分析仪对血液样本的网织血小板等指标进行检测并分析。结果 4组人群的网织血小板均存在差异;A组为(24.0±6.3)%、B组(9.9±1.9)%、C组(4.1±1.9)%,对照组(7.0±1.8)%;对于疾病的诊断准确性中,A组为90.1%,B组为60.0%,C组为10.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Sysmex XN-9000血细胞分析仪可以比较准确的分析网织血小板的数量,从而反应骨髓巨核系统生成血小板的情况,对于血液疾病的诊断具有较高的应用价值。 Objective To analyze the significance and clinical application value of Sysmex XN-9000 blood cell analyzer in testing the reticulated platelets. Methods 96 cases of patients with hematologic diseases admitted and treated in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2017 were convenient selected and divided into two groups, the group A were 33 cases with ITP,while the group B were 25 cases with AL, the group C were 38 cases with AA, and 50 cases of healthy people for physical examination at the same period were selected as the control group, and the reticulated platelets were tested and analyzed by the Sysmex XN-9000 blood cell analyzer. Results There were differences in the reticulated platelets between the four groups, A(24.0±6.3)%,B(9.9±1.9)%,C(4.1±1.9)%,control group(7.0±1.8)%, and the accurate rates of diseases in the group A,group B and group C were respectively 90.1%, 60.0%, 10.5%, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The Sysmex XN-9000 blood cell analyzer can accurately analyze the number of reticulated platelets thus reflecting the platelets generated by the dysmegakaryocytopoiesis, which is of higher application value in diagnosis of hematologic diseases.
