美托洛尔治疗扩张型心肌病疗效及对患者心功能的影响

Curative Effect of Metoprolol in Treatment of Dilated Cardiomyopathy and Effect on the Cardiac Function of Patients

目的探讨美托洛尔治疗扩张型心肌病疗效及对患者心功能的影响。方法方便选取该院2016年3月—2017年3月收治的96例扩张型心肌病患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各48例。两组均给予常规治疗,观察组加用美托洛尔治疗。对比两组治疗前后心功能指标及心脏房室大小,临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率(95.83%)高于对照组(75.00%)(χ2=4.667,P=0.031);治疗后,观察组HR、SBP、DBP、LVEF均低于对照组(t=5.331,6.048,2.623,23.158,P=0.000,0.000,0.010,0.000),观察组SLVD、LAD、LVDd均小于对照组(t=2.609,2.051,2.990,P=0.011,0.043,0.004);观察组不良反应发生率(4.16%)低于对照组(35.41%)(χ2=12.861,P=0.000)。结论美托洛尔治疗扩张型心肌病效果显著,可缩小患者心房内径,改善其心功能,且无明显不良反应。

Objective To study the curative effect of metoprolol in treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy and effect on the cardiac function of patients. Methods 96 cases of patients with dilated cardiomyopathy admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 48 cases in each,both groups used the routine therapy, the observation group increased the metoprolol for treatment, and the cardiac function and cardiac atrioventricular size, clinical curative effect and incidence rate of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results The total treatment effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,（95.83% vs 75.00%）,（χ2=4.667,P=0.031）; after treatment, the HR, SBP, DBP, LVEF in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,（t=5.331,6.048,2.623,23.158,P=0.000,0.000,0.010,0.000）, and the SLVD, LAD, LVDd in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（t =2.609,2.051,2.990,P =0.011,0.043,0.004）, and the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,（4.16% vs 35.41%）,（χ2=12.861,P=0.000）. Conclusion The effect of metoprolol in treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy and effect on the cardiac function of patients is obvious, which can shorten the atrium diameter and improve the cardiac function without obvious adverse reactions.
