乳腺癌粗针穿刺与术后活检标本病理分级及免疫组化的比较研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究乳腺癌粗针穿刺与术后活检标本病理分级及免疫组化的比较,从而对乳腺癌粗针穿刺活检诊断的准确性进行分析。方法方便选取2016年1月—2017年1月在该院治疗但未经化疗的乳腺浸润性导管癌根治术患者83例,对粗针穿刺与术后活检标本的病理分级进行比较,并比较ER、PR、HER2、Ki67的表达情况。结果乳腺癌穿刺标本及手术后标本病理分级比较差异无统计学意义,符合率达到79%,Kappa值为0.48。乳腺癌穿刺标本与手术后标本的ER、PR及HER2表达比较差异无统计学意义,一致率分别为98%、88%、94%,Kappa值分别为0.89、0.69、0.69。乳腺癌穿刺标本与术后标本Ki67表达一致率达到77%,Kappa值达到0.48。结论乳腺癌粗针穿刺ER、PR、HER2检测都有着很高的准确性,可为科学选择治疗方法提供相应的依据。 Objective To research the comparison of pathological classification and immunohistochemistry of breast cancer rough needle puncture and postoperative biopsy specimens thus analyzing the accuracy of breast cancer rough needle puncture biopsy diagnosis. Methods 83 cases of patients with radical mastectomy for invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast treated in our hospital without chemotherapy in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were convenient selected,and the pathological classification of rough needle puncture and postoperative biopsy specimens were compared, and the expressions of ER, PR, HER2, Ki67 were compared. Results There were no obvious differences in the breast cancer puncture specimens and pathological specimens classification after surgery between the two groups, without statistical significance,and the coincidence rate reached 79%, and Kappa value was 0.48, and there were no obvious differences in the expressions of ER,PR and HER2 between the breast cancer puncture specimens and specimens after surgery, and the differences were not statistically significant, and the consistency rates were respectively 98%,88%,94%, and the Kappa values were respectively 0.89,0.69,0.69, and the consistency rate of breast cancer puncture specimens and the postoperative specimens Ki67 was 77%, and the Kappa value was 0.48. Conclusion The breast cancer rough puncture ER, PR, HER2 test has the highest accurate rate, which can provide corresponding basis for the scientific selection of treatment method.
