4812例性病门诊阴道分泌物检测分析

Analysis of Test of 4812 Cases with Venereal Disease Outpatient Vaginal Fluid

目的通过对性病门诊患者的阴道分泌物的清洁度与霉菌,滴虫,细菌性阴道病的检测结果进行分析,探讨闽北地区妇女阴道病的发病特点及各结果之间的关联性。方法整群选取2012年1月—2016年12月该院皮肤性病科门诊就诊的4 812例患者白带常规,采用生理盐水直接涂片镜检判断清洁度,查找霉菌,滴虫和细菌性阴道病诊断试剂盒检测BV。结果霉菌,滴虫,细菌性阴道病的检出率分别是17.6%,2.7%,9.3%,以霉菌检出率最高。清洁度为Ⅲ°~Ⅳ°组和Ⅰ°~Ⅱ°组组间的霉菌、滴虫、BV比较的差异有统计学意义(χ2=397.48,59.1,219,P<0.01)。结论闽北地区妇女霉菌性阴道炎发病率最高,且随着清洁度度数的增高,霉菌、滴虫、细菌性阴道病的检出率也增加,病原菌的检出率与清洁度有一定关联性。

Objective To study the onset features and correlation between each result of women in north Fujian Province by studying the test results of cleanness, trichomonas, trichomonas, bacterial vaginosis of vaginal fluid of outpatients with venereal diseases. Methods Group selection the cleanness of leucorrhea routine of 4 812 cases diagnosed in our Dermatology STD Department from January 2012 to December 2016 were tested by the direct smear mirror of physiological saline, and the BV was tested by searching for diagnostic kit for mycotic, trichomonas and bacterial vaginosis. Results The test rates of trichomonas, trichomonas, bacterial vaginosis were respectively 17.6%,2.7%,9.3%, and the test rate of trichomonas was the highest, and the differences in the trichomonas, trichomonas, bacterial vaginosis between the group whose cleanness was Ⅲ°-Ⅳ° and group whose cleanness was Ⅰ°-Ⅱ°were statistically significant（χ2=397.48, 59.1,219, P〈0.01）. Conclusion The onset rate of colpitis mycotica in women in north Fujian Province is the highest, and with the increase of cleanness, the test rates of trichomonas, trichomonas, bacterial vaginosis increases, and the test rate of pathological bacteria has a certain correlation with the cleanness.
