不同手术方法治疗颅脑损伤的临床疗效观察

Observation on Clinical Curative Effect of Different Operation Methods in Treatment of Cerebral Injuries

目的为了提高颅脑损伤的治疗效果,对比和分析不同手术方法的疗效差异。方法根据患者就诊先后顺序从2016年3月—2017年3月来该院就诊的更年期功血患者中方便选取100例作为研究对象,并按照奇数、偶数原则将其分为两组,其中接受传统开颅手术治疗的设为对照组,接受颅内血肿微创清除术治疗的设为试验组,比较不同手术方法疗效差异。结果研究表明,和对照组治疗总有效率39例(78.00%)相比,试验组的治疗总有效率46例(92.00%)更占优势,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);和对照组相比试验组患者治疗后格拉斯哥昏迷评分法(GCS)评分增加更显著,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论颅脑损伤患者在临床治疗过程中选取颅内血肿微创清除术治疗,不仅可以提高治疗有效率,而且还能够减少术后并发症的发生率和复发率,效果确切,值得推广和应用。

Objective To improve the treatment effect of cerebral injuries and compare and analyze the difference in the curative effect between different operation methods. Methods 100 cases of patients with climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding diagnosed in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups according to the admission order, the control group received the traditional craniotomy, while the test group received the minimally invasive removal of intracranial hematoma, and the curative effect was compared between the two groups.Results The research showed that the total treatment effective rate in the test group was better than that in the control group[46 cases（92.00%） vs 39 cases（78.00%）], and the difference between groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, and the GCS score increase in the test group was more obvious than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The minimally invasive removal of intracranial hematoma in clinical treatment of patients with cerebral injuries can not only improve the treatment effective rate and reduce the incidence rate of recurrence rate of postoperative complications, and the effect is definite, which is worth promotion and application.
