经尿道等离子切除术治疗前列腺增生症的临床疗效分析

Analysis of Clinical Curative Effect of Transurethral Plasma Resection in Treatment of Hyperplasia of Prostate

目的探讨经尿道等离子切除术治疗前列腺增生症的临床疗效与安全性。方法方便选取2013年1月—2017年12月该院泌尿外科87例前列腺增生患者为研究对象,依据治疗方法分为实验组(经尿道前列腺等离子切除术,44例)和对照组(前列腺气化电切术,43例),对比观察两组疗效和基本手术指标,统计并发症。结果实验组治疗后住院时间(5.3±0.6)d,并发症4.55%,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(t=3.71,P<0.05,χ2=4.61,P<0.05)。结论经尿道等离子切除术治疗前列腺增生症效果确切,患者并发症少,康复快,应用安全有效,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the clinical curative effect and safety of transurethral plasma resection in treatment of hyperplasia of prostate. Methods 87 cases of patients with hyperplasia of prostate admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2017 were convenient selected and divided into two groups according to treatment method, the experimental group with 44 cases were treated with transurethral plasma resection, while the control group were treated with electrovaporization of prostate, and the curative effect and basic operation indicators were compared between the two groups,and the complications were counted. Results After treatment, length of stay and complications in the experimental group were respectively,（5.3±0.6） d and 4.55%, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant（t=3.71, P〈0.05, χ2=4.61, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of transurethral plasma resection in treatment of hyperplasia of prostate is definite, with few complications and rapid recovery, and the application is safe and effective, which is worth clinical promotion.
