急诊眩晕症患者行异丙嗪联合川芎嗪注射液治疗对临床效果、眩晕评定及不良反应分析

Analysis of Effect of Promethazine Combined with Ligustrazine Injection of Patients with Emergency Vertigo on the Clinical Effect,Vertigo Evaluation and Adverse Reactions

目的探究急诊眩晕症患者行异丙嗪联合川芎嗪注射液治疗对临床效果、眩晕评定及不良反应的影响。方法方便选取2015年4月—2017年11月收治的150例急诊眩晕症患者临床资料进行分析,将其依据治疗方案不同分成对照组(75例)与研究组(75例),前者行天麻素治疗,后者予以异丙嗪及川芎嗪注射液治疗,比较两组临床症状评分、眩晕评定量表评分、不良反应。结果两组治疗后临床各症状评分低于治疗前,且研究组耳鸣耳聋(0.89±0.27)分等症状评分降低幅度更大,比较差异有统计学意义(t=19.650 0,P<0.01);两组T0时评分差异无统计学意义(t=0.788 2,P>0.05),研究组眩晕评定量表评分在T1(1.84±1.08)分、T2(0.75±1.11)分时均低于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(t=3.681 8,3.339 9,P<0.01);研究组不良反应总发生率4.00%与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论急诊眩晕症患者经异丙嗪及川芎嗪注射液联合治疗后可有效改善临床症状,缓解眩晕感,且药物安全性高。

Objective To study the effect of promethazine combined with ligustrazine injection of patients with emergency vertigo on the clinical effect, vertigo evaluation and adverse reactions. Methods 150 cases of patients with emergency vertigo admitted and treated in our hospital from April 2015 to November 2017 were convenient selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment plans, with 75 cases in each, the control group were treated with gastrodine, while the research group were treated with promethazine combined with ligustrazine injection, and the clinical symptoms, vertigo evaluation score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results Various clinical symptoms scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and the decreasing range of tinnitus and deafness in the research group was（0.89±0.27）marks, which was bigger than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01,t=19.650 0）; and the difference in the score at T0 between the two groups was not obvious（t=0.788 2,P〉0.05）, and the vertigo evaluation scale scores at T1 and at T2 in the research group were respectively（1.84 ±1.08）marks and（0.75±1.11）marks, which were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.01,t=3.681 8,3.339 9）, and the difference in the total incidence rate of adverse reactions between the research group and the control group was not obvious（P〉0.05）, and the index in the research group was 4.00%. Conclusion The promethazine combined with ligustrazine injection in treatment of patients with emergency vertigo can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and relieve the vertigo, with high safety.
