高校校园网贷现状调研分析及对策研究——以泰州高校为例

Analysis and Suggestions based on Investigation of Campus Network Loan: Taking College in Taizhou as an Example

校园网贷作为一个迅速发展的产,关系到学生的切身利益、学校的科学管理、社会的法制完善。通过问卷调查表、访谈、走访高校形式,对校园网贷展开调研,对调研中出现的校园贷款流程问题、校园贷款法律依据问题、社会监管问题、学生贷款动机问题、学校管理问题进行针对性研究,挖掘其深层次的原因,并从学校宣传教育、政府监管、网贷平台审核等方面提出先进性指导建议。提出的建议可以作为网贷平台改进的方向,学校宣传教育工作重点。

As a rapid development of industry, the campus net loan related to the vital interests of the students, the scientic management of colleges and the improvement of social legal system. The campus network loan was investigated by the ways of questionnaire and interviews of students. Targeted research has been made focusing on the problems which arising from research such as legal basis, social supervision, school management question and loan motivation. Finally, we proposed advanced guidance from the education of school, supervision of government, audit of the net loan platform and so on. The proposed recommendations can be used as the direction of the net loan platform to improve and the key work on education aspect of college.
