This article explores the application of electronic portfolio in the evaluation of primary and secondary school students＇ compre-hensive qualities, analyzes the electronic portfolio and its teaching function, constructs the primary and secondary school students＇ com-prehensive quality evaluation mode and specic content framework based on electronic portfolio from the five aspects of students＇ com-prehensive qualications, with a view to further understand and ex-plore the modern information technology-based students’ compre-hensive quality evaluation.
