Subject competition is an effective way to cultivate innovative talents of university. According to the goal of the independent college cultivating innovative talents and the current situation, the paper study and explore the problem from three aspects of subject competition, the management system, teachers team construction andthe competition plat form construction. The teaching mode, which makes subject competition into throughout daily learning of students, will realize the target of applied under graduate talent straining of independent institute.
