摘要
项目式有机合成作为一门系统性极强的课程,在有机实验教学中占有重要地位。在真实的科研情境下,学生利用文献检索工具对目标化合物的合成方法进行调研,设计合成路线,准备实验材料,进行合成操作并对实验数据进行分析和处理。在项目式实验中,学生综合运用所学理论知识,通过团队合作的方式分析和解决实验中遇到的问题,这对于培养学生以后能科学、合理地开展研究具有重要意义。
The project based organic synthesis is a highly systematic course, which plays an important role in organic experiment teaching.In the research-like setting, the students make full use of the literature search engines to study the synthesis methods of their target compound, design the synthetic route, prepare the experimental material, perform the synthesis operation, and develop their data processing work. Through this process, students learn to cooperate in the team, integrated use of the knowledge they have learned to analyze and solve problems that encountered in the project based experiments. It is of great importance for students to carry out the research in a scientific and reasonable way.
