针对部队训练作战需求,从找准目标定位、优化教学内容、改革教学模式、构建实战化环境、创新考核机制五个方面,探索实践贴近实战要求开展装备课程建设的思路与方法,有效促进学员打赢能力的生成。

The methods of equipment course construction closed to actual combat was discussed in order to satisfy the demands of military training and fighting, which included identifying the training goal, optimizing contents, reforming teaching model, building combat-oriented training environment, innovating evaluation mechanism. It has effectively promoted students’ military techniques.
