针对性药学指导在糖尿病患者中的应用效果

Application effect of targeted pharmacological guidance in the patients with diabetes mellitus

目的探讨针对性药学指导在糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法选取2016年3月~2017年3月来我院就诊的138例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按照入院先后顺序将其分为试验组和对照组,每组各69例。对照组患者给予常规用药指导,试验组患者给予科学、全面的针对性药学指导。干预周期为6个月。比较两组患者干预前后的空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、餐后2 h血糖(P2hBG)水平、用药依从性及生活质量。结果干预前,两组患者的FPG、HbA1c、P2hBG水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,试验组患者的FPG、HbA1c、P2hBG水平均低于干预前及对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者的用药总依从性(95.65%)高于对照组(85.51%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者的生活质量优良率(94.20%)高于对照组(82.61%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病患者实施科学、全面的针对性药学指导,能够提高患者用药依从性,改善患者血糖控制效果,减轻疾病对患者生活质量的影响。

Objective To explore the application effect of targeted pharmacological guidance in the patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 138 patients with diabetes who were admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were divided into experimental group and control group according to the order of admission,with 69 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine medication instructions.Patients in the experimental group were given scientific and comprehensive targeted pharmacological guidance.The intervention period was 6 months.The FPG,HbA1c,P2hBG levels,medication compliance and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results There was no significant difference in FPG,HbA1c and P2hBG levels before intervention between the two groups（P〉0.05）.After intervention,the FPG,HbA1c,and P2hBG levels in the experimental group were all lower than those in the control group and before intervention,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The total medication compliance in the experimental group（95.65%） was higher than that in the control group（85.51%）,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The excellent and good rate of the quality of life in the patients in the experimental group（94.20%） was higher than that in the control group（82.61%）,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Scientific and comprehensive targeted pharmacological guidance for the patients with diabetes can improve medication compliance,improve blood glucose control,and reduce the impact of disease on the quality of life of patients.
