山区高速公路水泥桥面抗滑磨耗材料运用技术探讨

Discussion on Application Technology of Anti-slip Wear Material of Cement Bridge Deck in Mountainous Expressway

高速公路水泥路面的优点在于强度高、耐久性强、造价低廉,但行驶舒适性与安全抗滑性能存在明显不足,特别是山区水泥混凝土桥面部分尤为突出,因此,进一步提高桥面的安全性与舒适性极其重要。文章针对广西山区高速公路旧桥面改造存在的问题及抗滑要求,研究了水泥桥面抗滑磨耗加铺技术的运用及质量控制要点,介绍了抗滑磨耗材料的施工工艺与平面布置方法。

The advantage of expressway cement pavement is its high strength,strong durability,and low cost,but there are obvious deficiencies in driving comfort and safety anti-slip performance,especially for the cement concrete bridge deck in mountainous areas.Therefore,the further improvement of bridge deck safety and comfort is extremely important.Regarding the existing problems and anti-slip requirements for the reconstruction of old bridge decks in mountainous expressways in Guangxi,this article studied the application and key quality control points for the anti-slip wear overlay technology of cement bridge decks,and introduced the construction technology and floor layout methods for anti-slip wear materials.
