环氧陶瓷抗滑层在桥面加铺中的应用

摘要 文章结合广西三江至柳州高速公路桥面加铺环氧陶瓷抗滑层工程实例,介绍了环氧陶瓷抗滑层的材料选择与配合比设计技术要求,从桥面精铣刨、胶结材料拌合与施工、骨料撒布与回收三个方面,阐述了环氧陶瓷抗滑层施工工艺,并对其路用性能进行了分析评价,指出环氧陶瓷抗滑层在高速公路桥面加铺中具有较高的应用价值。 Combining the engineering example of epoxy ceramic anti-slip layer overlaying for the bridge surface of Guangxi Sanjiang-Liuzhou Expressway,this article introduced the material selection and mix ratio design technical requirements of epoxy ceramic anti-slip layer,introduced.the construction process of epoxy ceramics anti-slip layer from three aspects of deck fine-milling,cementing material mixing and construction,and aggregate scattering and recycling,analyzed and evaluated its road performance,and pointed out that the epoxy ceramic anti-slip layer has a high application value on expressway bridge deck overlay.
