摘要
为了积极应对新常态下高速公路建设项目进度管理问题,文章研判了新常态下高速公路项目建设特征,介绍了项目进度管控的重要性,分析了影响项目进度的人为、资源、技术、外部环境四大敏感因素,提出了新常态下基于目标和问题导向的高速公路建设项目的进度管理优化策略,为高速公路建设单位的进度管理提供参考。
In order to actively deal with the progress management problem of expressway construction projects under the new normal,this article analyzed the construction characteristics of expressway projects under the new normal,introduced the importance of project progress control,and analyzed four major sensitive factors affecting the project progress: manpower,resources,technology,and external environment,then proposed the progress management optimization strategy of highway construction projects based on the goal and problem-oriented under the new normal,thereby providing reference for the progress management of expressway construction units.
