交通是国民经济的命脉,交通企业承担着交通发展的重要作用,人才成为交通企业发展的关键因素。文章分析了交通企业人才培养存在的问题,结合广西交通投资集团有限公司人才培养实例,提出了交通企业人才培养的措施。

Traffic is the lifeblood of national economy,the transportation companies are bearing the important role of transportation development,and the talents have become a key factor in the development of transportation companies.This article analyzed the problems existing in the talent training of transportation enterprises,then,combining the talent training practice of Guangxi Communications Investment Group Co.,Ltd.,it proposed measures for talent training in transportation enterprises.
