摘要
高职院校在开发建设与实施国际化专业教学标准时,必须处理好国际化专业的定位,做好专业教学标准的制定,恰当的选择合作伙伴,实现国际化高职院校烹饪专业人才培养方向和目标。
When developing and constructing national professional teaching standards,higher vocational colleges must deal with the orientation of the internationalization profession,do a good job in the formulation of professional teaching standards,and appropriately select partners to realize the professional talents of cooking in international vocational colleges.
