摘要
随着高校教育体制的发展与变化,传统教育教学评价机制已不能适应时代发展,为了综合衡量教师的教学质量,应着力构建一套教学督导、教师同行、授课对象三位一体的教学评价机制,全方位考查教师的授课能力、教学质量,对教师做出公平、客观的教学质量监控评价依据,促进民办高校体育课程教学评价体系朝着健康有序的方向发展。
With the development of the university education system,the evaluation mechanism of traditional education can no longer adapt to the development of the times. We should focus on the construction of a teaching assessment mechanism that includes teaching supervision and teaching subjects. All aspects of the teaching ability and quality are reviewed. Teachers are expected to make fair and objective teaching quality monitoring and evaluation criteria,and promote the teaching evaluation system of private college PE courses in a healthy and orderly direction.
