高校档案管理的现代化建设路径研究

随着社会的科技化、信息化及网络化发展,各行各业都在逐步应用信息技术及网络技术,这使得人们的工作变得更加轻松和高效。现阶段,我国高校档案管理还停留在传统的档案管理层面上,这对高校的发展和进步是非常不利的。高校档案管理在新时代下必然要改革,才能更好地促进高校档案管理工作的有效进行。分析高校档案管理存在的问题,阐述高校档案管理改革的必要性,提出高校档案管理现代化建设路径,以提升高校档案的安全性,促进高校的发展。

With the development of social science and technology,information and networking,all industries are gradually applying information technology and network technology,which makes people ＇s work easier and more efficient. At this stage,the management of archives in colleges in China still stays in the face of traditional archives management,which is very unfavorable for the development and progress of colleges. University archives management must be reformed in the new era in order to promote the effective implementation of archives management in universities.This paper analyzes the problems existing in archives management of universities,expounds the necessity of the reform of the archives management in colleges,and puts forward the path of the modernization of archives management to improve the security of archives in universities and promote the development of colleges and universities.
