2001年起教育部全面推行新课程改革,实行素质教育。小学教育阶段,对于德育教育的重视程度越来越高,立德树人是国家教育的主要目标,也是教育工作的基本理念和任务。立德树人目标的实现离不开教育教学工作的落实与执行,通过日常的教育教学管理不断提升小学生的思想道德素质和个人人格修养,让学生成为独立、自主、具备社会基本核心素养的合格公民。

Since 2001,the Ministry of Education has fully implemented new curriculum reforms and implemented quality education. At the primary education stage,the emphasis on moral education is getting higher and higher,and moral composition is the main goal of national education,and it is also the basic idea and task of education work. This idea can not be achieved without the implementation of education and teaching. Through the daily education and teaching management, the ideological and moral qualities of primary school students and individual personality cultivation are continuously improved,so that the students become independent,autonomous,qualified with the basic core qualities of society.
