刘向哲教授运用苓桂术甘汤加味治疗痰浊上蒙型眩晕经验

The experience of Professor Liu Xiangzhe in treating vertigo with Linggui Zhugan decoction

苓桂术甘汤出自张仲景《金匮要略》,具有温化痰饮、健脾利水之功,主治中阳不足之痰饮病,症见胸胁支满,目眩心悸,或短气而咳,小便不利,舌苔白滑,脉弦滑等症。刘向哲教授擅长运用中医药治疗内科杂病,特别是眩晕病诊断与治疗,使无数患者摆脱病痛,笔者有幸跟随良师临证,导师运用苓桂术甘汤加味治疗痰浊上蒙型眩晕,取得了显著效果,现将其经验介绍如下,并附临床验案以飨同道。

The Linggui Zhugan decoction（ 苓桂术甘汤） is from Zhang Zhongjing＇s Synopsis of the Golden Chamber, and it has the function of warming and resolving phlegm, invigorating spleen and promoting water and is used in treating phlegm retention diseases of Zhongyang deficiency which manifests in chest and flank fullness, dizziness and palpitations, or short breath cough, unfavorable urination, white and slippery tongue coating, string slippery pulse, etc. Professor Liu Xiangzhe is good at treating internal miscellaneous disease with TCM, especially at the diagnosis and treatment of vertigo disease, and he has helped numerous patients relieve the pain. It is my honor to have the opportunity to follow him and find that the mentor applies the Linggui Zhugan decoction in the treatment of phlegm turbidity type of vertigo and achieves significant effects, of which the experience is summarized as follows to share with clinical fellows.
