前列地尔注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效分析

Clinical analysis of treating angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with alprostadil injection

目的:探讨前列地尔注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效分析。方法:将2016年9月-2017年9月在我院心内科治疗的130例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为两组,对照组采用常规西医治疗,在此基础上观察组采用前列地尔注射液,比较两组患者的临床疗效、血液流变学指标变化、不良反应。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.38%,明显高于对照组的81.54%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积、红细胞沉降率、纤维蛋白原与对照组相比明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组在胃肠道不适、寒战、低热、头晕等不良反应发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:前列地尔注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效显著,能有效降低血液黏度,改善心脏微循环,缓解心绞痛症状,且治疗安全性高,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective： To investigate the clinical curative effect of alprostadil injection on coronary heart disease and angina pectoris. Methods： 130 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease who were treated in our hospital from September 2016 to September 2017 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with routine western medicine, and the observation group was treated with alprostadil injection. The clinical efficacy, hemorheology index and adverse reaction in two groups were compared. Results： The effective rate in the observation group was 95.38%, which was significantly higher than 81.54% in the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit, erythrocyte sedimentation rate and fibrinogen were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）; There was no significant difference between the two groups in the incidence of gastrointestinal discomfort, chills, low fever and dizziness（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Alprostadil injection was effective on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. It could effectively reduce blood viscosity, improve cardiac microcirculation, relieve symptoms of angina pectoris, and was safe and had positive clinical significance.
