2型糖尿病合并高血压采用厄贝沙坦与氨氯地平治疗临床效果观察

Clinical efficacy of Erbesartan and amlodipine on type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension

目的:探讨厄贝沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗2型糖尿病合并高血压的应用效果。方法:纳入2016年1月-2017年12月100例2型糖尿病合并高血压患者以数字表法分组。对照组给予单纯氨氯地平治疗,观察组则给予厄贝沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗。比较两组2型糖尿病合并高血压控制率;血糖、血压指标达标时间;干预前后患者肾功能、血压相关指标;药物安全性。结果:观察组2型糖尿病合并高血压控制率高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组血糖、血压指标达标时间短于对照组,P<0.05;干预前两组肾功能、血压相关指标相近,P>0.05;干预后观察组肾功能、血压相关指标优于对照组,P<0.05。观察组药物安全性和对照组无明显差异,P>0.05。结论:厄贝沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗2型糖尿病合并高血压的应用效果确切,可有效改善血压,控制血糖,改善肾功能,且无严重不良反应,安全有效,值得推广应用。

Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy of Erbesartan and amlodipine on type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension. Methods： 100 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected and grouped by using digital table method. The control group was treated with pure amlodipine, and the observation group was treated with amlodipine combined with irbesartan. The hypertension control rate, standard blood glucose and blood pressure index time, renal function and blood pressure related indexes, drug safety of two groups before and after intervention were compared. Results： The control rate of type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with hypertension of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, P〈0.05. The standard time blood glucose and blood pressure indexes of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, P〈0.05. The renal function and blood pressure of two groups were similar in the two groups before intervention, P〈0.05. After intervention, the renal function and blood pressure of the observation group were better than those of the control group, P〈0.05. There was no significant difference in drug safety in the control group and the observation group, P〈0.05. Conclusion： Erbesartan and amlodipine had significant effect in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension. It could effectively improve blood pressure, control blood sugar, improve renal function, and had no serious adverse reactions. It was safe and effective and worthy of promotion and application.
