摘要 目的:分析关节镜下关节囊松解治疗原发性冻结肩的效果。方法:选择本院2014年8月-2017年9月收治60例原发性冻结肩患者,对所有患者实施关节镜下的关节囊松解治疗,对比患者术前及术后3个月VAS疼痛评分、肩关节Constant功能评分、肩关节的前屈及外展角度。结果:术后3个月,患者VAS疼痛评分较术前明显降低,肩关节前屈及外展角度较术前明显增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:关节镜下关节囊松解术治疗原发性冻结肩,效果显著。 Objective: To analyze the effect of arthroscopic capsule release on primary frozen shoulder. Methods: A total of 60 patients with primary frozen shoulder were treated in our hospital from August 2014 to September 2017. Arthroscopic arthroplasty was performed in all patients. VAS pain, shoulder constant function score, shoulder flexion and abduction angle of patients were compared 3 months before and after operation. Results: 3 months after operation, the pain scores of VAS in patients were significantly lower than those before operation, and the angles of flexion and abduction of shoulder were significantly higher than those before operation; the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion: Arthroscopic arthroplasty was effective on primary frozen shoulder.
