手术室护士对标准防护认知及对策分析

An analysis of nurses' cognition of standard protection and countermeasures in operating room

目的:调查研究手术室护士对于标准防护的认知状况,为加强手术室护士的标准防护意识及认知水平进行探讨,并提出可行性建议。手术室护士能够主动按照标准化措施做好防护,保护自身安全,对预防医源性感染以及保护自身的身体健康有很重要的意义。方法:在2016年3月-2017年10月在我市三所医院手术室就职的护理人员中选出80名,以自行设计的调查问卷调查护理人员对安全防护知识的认知程度,并统计调查结果。结果:本次80例手术室护理人员对锐器损伤处理、职业暴露相关概念、常见疾病的传播途径、医疗废弃物处理方法、皮肤锐器刺伤后自我防护处理措施等的答对率较高。结论:手术室护理人员对于自我安全防护认知水平有待进一步的提高,需加强对手术室护理人员的专门培训和强化安全防护管理,减少职业暴露危害事件发生。

Objective： To investigate the cognitive status of nurses in operating room on standard protection, and to discuss how to strengthen the consciousness and level of standard protection of nurses in operating room. And to put forward feasibility suggestions. Operating room nurses can take the initiative in accordance with standardized measures to protect their own safety. It is very important to prevent iatrogenic infection and protect one＇s own health. Method： From March 2016 to October 2017, 80 nurses were selected from the operating rooms of three hospitals in our city. A self-designed survey was conducted to investigate the cognition of nursing staff on safety protection. Results： There were 0 case of operating room nurses dealing with sharp instrument injury, they had related concepts of occupational exposure, transmission of common diseases, and medical waste disposal methods. The correct rate of self-protective measures was higher. Conclusion： The cognitive level of self-safety protection needed to be further improved in nurses of operating room. It was necessary to strengthen the special training of nurses in operating room and strengthen the management of safety protection so as to reduce the occurrence of occupational exposure hazards.
