湿热敷中医护理对骨折术后淤肿患者的影响

Effects of damp-heat application of TCM medicine on postoperative bruise

目的:分析湿热敷中医护理对骨折术后淤肿患者的影响。方法:选择本院2016年12月-2017年12月收治98例骨折术后出现淤肿的患者资料,按护理方式分研究组(60例)、对照组(38例);研究组为湿热敷的中医护理,对照组为常规护理,观察两组护理影响。结果:肿胀消退的时间研究组是(5.10±1.01)d短于对照组(8.23±2.17)d(P<0.05);研究组满意度为96.67%(58/60)高于对照组71.05%(27/38)(P<0.05)。结论:湿热敷中医护理应用于骨折术后的淤肿患者中,可迅速消肿,患者恢复快。

Objective： To analyze the effect of damp-heat application of TCM medicine on postoperative bruise. Methods： A total of 98 patients with deformity after fracture operation were enrolled in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2017. The data were divided into the study group（60 cases） and control group（38 cases） by nursing method. The study group was given damp-heat application of TCM medicine; the control group was given routine care. The impacts in two groups of nursing was observed. Results： The duration of the regression was（5.10±1.01） days in the study group, and shorter than（8.23±2.17） d in the control group（P〈0.05）. The satisfaction in the study group was 96.67%（58/60）, which was significantly higher than 71.05%（27/38） in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The damp-heat application of TCM medicine on treating postoperative bruise can swollen rapidly, with quickly recovered.
