基层医院中药处方分析及其在处方调配中的应用

An analysis of prescription of traditional Chinese medicine in grass root hospitals and its application in prescription allocation

目的:探讨基层医院中药处方分析及其在处方调配中的应用,促进中医药临床合理用药;方法:选取我院2017年1月-2017年6月的3538张中药处方,从处方不合理原因、处方常见问题比较分析、单张处方味数统计等方面进行分析评价,并根据相关情况给予正确的处理意见;结果从3538张中药处方分析中发现,合格处方数为2532张,不合理处方有1006张,合格率为71.57%;基层医院处方的合格率并不高和处方分析在中药处方的调配、煎煮、指导患者用药方面起到了关键性作用;结论:需进一步加强中药处方管理,完善中药调剂管理和规范制度,加强监管力度,保证用药安全,提高中药疗效。

Objective： To explore the analysis of prescription of traditional Chinese medicine in grass root hospitals and its application in prescription allocation and to promote the rational use of traditional Chinese medicine in clinical practice. Methods： 3538 prescriptions of our hospital from January 2017 to June 2017 were selected to analyze and evaluate from the following aspects： unreasonable reasons of prescriptions, comparative analysis of prescription common problems, statistics of herb numbers of single prescriptions, and so on, and correct advice was given according to the relevant situation. Results： From the analysis of 3538 prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine in grass root hospitals, it was found that 2532 prescriptions were qualified and 1006 were unqualified, 71.57%, the qualifying rate was low. The analysis of prescription played a key role in the prescription, decoction and guiding the patients＇ drug administration. Conclusion： It was necessary to further strengthen the prescription management of traditional Chinese medicine, perfect the management and standard system of traditional Chinese medicine dispensing, strengthen the supervision, ensure the safety of drug use, and improve the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine.
