分类物品车在提高ICU医护工作效率的临床应用

Clinical application of classified goods vehicle in improving the efficiency of ICU medical care

目的:探讨分类物品车的使用在提高ICU医护工作效率的临床应用效果。方法:2016年2月在我科启用分类物品车,比较引用前后6个月医护操作备物时间、备物不齐发生次数、医护满意程度、患者满意度情况。结果:启用分类物品车后,医护操作备物时间明显减少,备物不齐发生次数明显下降,医护满意度、患者及家属满意度均显著提高。结论:分类物品车的使用可以有效提高ICU医护工作效率,提高患者满意度,值得临床各个科室根据自身情况设置应用。

Objective： To explore the clinical application effect of classified goods vehicle in improving the efficiency of ICU medical care. Methods： Since February 2016, the classified goods vehicle had been used in our department. The time of medical operation, the times of occurrence of unevenness, the degree of medical satisfaction, and the satisfaction of patients were compared before and after 6 months. Results： After the use of classified goods vehicle, the operating time of medical and nursing equipment decreased significantly, the frequency of occurrence of unevenness decreased significantly, and the satisfaction degree of medical care, patients and family members increased significantly. Conclusion： The use of classified goods vehicle could effectively improve the efficiency of ICU and improve the patients＇ satisfaction. It was worthy of clinical departments to set up and apply according to their own conditions.
