吕海江以止血化瘀、疏肝健脾为法治疗视网膜分支静脉阻塞经验

Experience of Lv Haijiang for treating BRVO by the Zhixue Huayu, Shugan Jianpi therapy

总结国家级名老中医吕海江教授辨治视网膜分支静脉阻塞的临床经验。认为本病的发生主要与肝脾密切相关,可归因于脉络瘀滞,血溢于外致使神光发越受阻。治疗上应以止血化瘀,疏肝健脾为法。临床用药还应审因论治,在化瘀的基础上分别辅以祛湿利水、清虚热及散结之品以治他变,并运用自拟止血明目方加减,对本病有较显著的疗效。

The article summarized the clinical experience of national famous old TCM professor Lv Haijiang for treating branch retinal vein occlusion. The professor considered that the disease is closely related to the liver and spleen, and can be attributed to the vein stasis, blood spilled in and the normal ophthalmic function is blocked. Zhixue Huayu（止血化瘀）, Shugan Jianpi（疏肝健脾） were applied. Clinical medication should also be applied according to disease, and include TCM medicine with Qushi Lishui（祛湿利水）, Qingxure（清虚热） and Sanjie（散结）. The Zhixue Mingmu prescription（止血明目方） on the disease was effective.
