艾迪注射液对大肠癌术后机体免疫功能的影响分析

Efficacy of the Aidi injection on immune function of patients with colorectal after surgery

目的:研究行大肠癌术患者术后采取艾迪注射液治疗对机体免疫功能的影响。方法:此次研究将随机数字表法形式作为分组形式对本院自2014年8月-2017年8月期间收治的20例行大肠癌术患者进行平均分为参照组(n=10)与实验组(n=10),将予以单纯化疗患者作为参照组,将予以化疗与艾迪注射液治疗患者作为实验组,对比分析两组行大肠癌术患者的临床治疗。结果:实验组行大肠癌术患者治疗后临床总有效率、NK细胞以及T细胞亚群等指标对比参照组数据,P<0.05,统计学存在显著性差异。结论:将艾迪注射液应用在大肠癌术患者中效果显著,可改善患者机体免疫功能,值得运用。

Objective： To investigate efficacy of the Aidi injection（艾迪注射液） on immune function of patients colorectal cancer after surgery. Methods： 20 patients were divided into 2 groups, 10 cases for each. The control group was given chemotherapy; and the study group was given the Aidi injection more. Efficiency in two groups were compared. Results： There were significant differences in the total efficiency, NK cells, and T cell subsets between two groups, P〈0.05. Conclusion： The Aidi injection on immune function shows a good effect, can improve immune function, and is worthy of promotion.
