邬素珍教授治疗岭南地区男性不育经验拾零

Experience of Professor Wu Suzhen in treating male infertility in Lingnan area

男性不育在不孕症中约占30%,目前西医治疗仍然缺乏较为有效的药物。邬素珍教授在长期的临证过程中擅长使用明代李东垣《脾胃论》之清暑益气汤加减来治疗岭南地区男性不育,效果显著,逐渐形成了独特的学术思想和临证经验。对于男性不育的治疗:(1)强调整体观念,身心同治。(2)注重扶正祛邪,先清后补。(3)重视调畅气机,因势利导。(4)中西医并用。(5)注重饮食及生活调养。

Incidence rate of male sterility accounts for about 30% of infertility. At present, western medicine still lacks more effective medicine. Professor Wu Suzhen is good at treating male sterility by applying the Qingshu Yiqi decoction（清暑益气汤） from Piwei Lun（《脾胃论》）, with good effects. And therapy and clinical experience were formed. In treating male infertility, five perspectives were put forward in the paper by Professor Wu.
