四君子汤治疗中医内科疾病脾胃气虚证临床分析

Treating the Piwei Qixu syndrome with the Sijunzi decoction

目的:对88例脾胃气虚证患者采用四君子汤进行治疗,观察其临床效果,从而为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法:从2016年4月-2017年8月期间我院接治的脾胃气虚证患者中随机选出88例作为研究对象,将其随机分为研究组和参照组。研究组中的44例患者采用四君子汤进行治疗,参照组中的44例患者采用常规治疗。实验结束后,对比两组患者的临床效果。结果:研究数据表明:研究组患者在临床总有效率、复发率方面远远优于参照组患者,且两组之间的差异明显(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:四君子汤对于缓解脾胃气虚证患者的临床症状,促进其早日康复等方面具有重要意义,可在临床上推广与应用。

Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of the Sijunzi decoction（四君子汤） on 88 cases of the Piwei Qixu syndrome（脾胃气虚证）. Methods： From April 2016 to August 2017, 88 patients were divided into 2 groups. The study group was given the Sijunzi decoction, and the control group was given the conventional treatment. Results： The total efficiency and recurrence rate in the study group were better, P〈0.05. Conclusion： The Sijunzi decoction on 88 cases of the Piwei Qixu syndrome can relieve clinical symptoms, and is worthy of promotion.
