加用温针灸治疗肩关节周围炎70例临床观察

Clinical observation on treating 70 cases of scapulohumeral periarthritis by warm-acupuncture

目的:探索温针灸治疗肩关节周围炎的临床效果。方法:将70例肩关节周围炎患者随机分为治疗组35例和对照组35例。治疗组在臭氧水穴位注射的基础上加用温针灸治疗。观察肩关节周围炎缓解情况。结果:治疗组35例经治疗后,痊愈24例,显效5例,好转4例,无效2例,总治愈率为94.3%。对照组治愈20例,显效6例,好转4例,未愈5例,总治愈率为85.7%,经统计学分析,两组疗效存在显著的差异,治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组。结论:加用温针灸治疗肩关节周围炎的临床疗效显著。

Objective： To investigate the effect of warm-acupuncture on scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods： 70 cases were divided into the treatment group and control group, 35 cases in each. The control group was treated by acupoint injection of ozone water; the treatment group was treated by warm-acupuncture more. Results： In the treatment group, 24 cases were cured; 5 cases were markedly effective; 4 cases were improved; 2 cases were ineffective; and the total cure rate was 94.3%. In the control group, 20 cases were cured; 6 cases were markedly effective; 4 cases were improved; 5 cases were ineffective; and the total cure rate was 85.7%. The efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group, with significant differences between two groups. Conclusion： Warmacupuncture on scapulohumeral periarthritis shows a significant effect.
