皮炎湿疹类皮肤病应用中医治疗方案的效果观察

Observation on treating skin disease in TCM

目的:研究皮炎湿疹类皮肤病应用中药蒸熏方案的治疗方式与观察效果。方法:选取我院2016年6月-2017年6月患有皮炎湿疹类皮肤病的患者60例,随机分为观察组与对照组。把其中30例患有皮炎湿疹类皮肤病的患者在常规治疗的基础上加以中药蒸熏方案进行治疗,并将其列入观察组;然后把另外30例患有皮炎湿疹类皮肤病的患者进行常规的治疗方式,将其列入对照组。对观察治疗数月后的效果进行观察分析。结果:治疗结果显示,观察组的患者病情明显好转,而且治愈效果明显,存在明显差异,使统计学更有价值意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过对皮炎湿疹类皮肤病患者采用中药蒸熏方案的方式进行治疗,能有效缓解患者病情,而且安全性能高,临床效果明显,因此值得临床医学广泛推广。

Objective： To study the treatment method and effects of TCM on skin disease as dermatitis eczema. Methods： 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases in each. The control group was given conventional treatment; the observation group was treated by fumigation of TCM medicine more. Results： There was a significant difference in healing effect and improvement rate between groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The fumigation of TCM medicine on skin disease as dermatitis eczema shows an obvious effect, can effectively alleviate the condition, with high safety, and is worthy of popularization.
