糖尿病足溃疡的中西医治疗进展

A review on treating diabetic foot ulcer in the integrative medicine

糖尿病足是糖尿病患者因下肢远端神经异常和不同程度的血管病变导致的足部感染、溃疡和(或)深层组织破坏。本文通过查阅近五年来的文献资料,总结糖尿病足溃疡的中西医治疗方法,主要包括西医的特殊治疗,如血管介入再通、干细胞移植、富血小板血浆凝胶、敷料、物理治疗、生物清创治疗、创面负压吸引治疗、创面植皮及皮瓣修复治疗及中医的内治法、外治法、内外合治法等。现对糖尿病足溃疡的更好治疗方法及如何减少其复发等做出探讨。

Diabetic foot is a foot infection, ulceration and（or） deep tissue destruction in diabetic patients caused by abnormalities of distal nerves of the lower extremities and varying degrees of vascular lesions. The literature in the past five years of treating diabetic foot ulcers in the integrative medicine were reviewed and summarized. The special treatment of western medicine included vascular intervention, stem cell transplantation, platelet-rich plasma gel, dressing, physical therapy, biological debridement treatment, wound suction treatment, wound skin grafting and flap repair treatment, and TCM internal treatment, external treatment, internal and external treatment. The better treatment of diabetic foot ulcers and reduction of recurrence were explored.
