研究中医辨证施治治疗肾炎水肿的治疗效果

A study on treating nephritic edema in TCM

目的:对中医辨证施治治疗肾炎水肿的效果进行探究。方法:选取我院在2015年5月-2017年5月期间收治的肾炎水肿患者共28例,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组(n=14)和参照组(n=14),参照组患者使用常规药物进行治疗,治疗组患者使用中医辨证施治治疗,对比分析两组患者的治疗效果和不良反应发生率。结果:治疗组患者治疗总有效率为92.85%、不良反应发生率为7.15%,参照组患者治疗总有效率为57.15%、不良反应发生率为50.00%,经统计学对比分析差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:中医辨证施治肾炎水肿的效果较好,安全性较高,具有较高的临床应用价值,可在临床实际治疗中大力推广并应用。

Objective： To explore the therapeutic effect of TCM syndrome differentiation on nephritis edema. Methods： 28 cases of nephritis edema were divided into the treatment group and control group, 14 cases in each. The control group was given conventional medicine. The treatment group was given TCM syndrome differentiation. The effect and adverse reactions were compared and analyzed. Results： The total effective rate and the incidence of adverse reaction were 92.85% and 7.15% respectively in the treatment group, and those in the control group were 57.15% and 50.00% respectively, with statistically significant differences（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： TCM syndrome differentiation on nephritis edema shows a better effect, with high safety and clinical applied value, can be popularized and applied in clinical practice.
