中药针刺结合治疗前列腺炎的临床效果及在估计中的作用

Efficacy of TCM medicine plus acupuncture on prostatitis

目的:研究中药针刺结合治疗前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法:随机选择2015年6月-2017年6月在本院诊治的前列腺炎患者90例,分为观察组和对照组,各45例,对照组予环丙沙星和前列康片口服治疗,观察组予中药联合针刺治疗,4周后观察两组的治疗效果。结果:观察组痊愈有27例,总有效率为95.56%,对照组痊愈有14例,总有效率为71.11%,两组疗效相比,P<0.05,差异较大有统计学意义。治疗前两组患者的前列腺压痛及质地评分无显著差异,治疗后观察组的评分均显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药联合针刺在治疗前列腺炎时效果较显著,可在临床上广泛使用。

Objective： To study the effect of TCM medicine plus acupuncture on prostatitis. Methods： 90 patients were divided into the observation group and control group, 45 cases in each. The control group was given ciprofloxacin and forefront; the observation group was given TCM medicine plus acupuncture. Results： The total efficiency was 95.56% in the observation group and 71.11% in the control group;and the difference between groups was significant, P〈 0.05. There was no significant difference of the prostate tenderness and texture score between groups before treatment; those scores in the observation group were significantly decreased; and the difference was statistically significant（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： TCM medicine plus acupuncture on prostatitis shows a significant effect.
