祛瘀通络汤合并长春西汀治疗缺血性脑卒中后遗症的临床效果

Clinical efficacy of the Quyu Tongluo decoction and vinpocetine on sequelae of ischemic stroke

目的:研究分析祛瘀通络汤合并长春西汀治疗缺血性脑卒中后遗症的临床治疗效果。方法:选取我院2014年9月-2016年10月治疗的缺血性脑卒中后遗症患者78例,随机分组每组39例,对照组在常规治疗基础上应用长春西汀治疗,观察组采用长春西汀合并祛瘀通络汤治疗,治疗后比较两组患者治疗效果及HAMD、Fugl-Meyer、MBI、SWLS评分情况。结果:观察组患者治疗后的HAMD评分低于对照组患者,Fugl-Meyer、MBI、SWLS评分高于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:缺血性脑卒中后遗症患者在常规治疗的基础上应用祛瘀通络汤联合长春西汀治疗临床效果显著,可改善患者预后效果,值得在临床中广泛应用。

Objective： To study and analyze the efficacy of the Quyu Tongluo decoction（ 祛瘀通络汤） and vinpocetine on sequela of ischemic stroke. Methods： 78 patients were divided into two groups, 39 cases in each. The control group was treated by routine treatment and vinorelbine. The observation group was treated with the Quyu Tongluo decoction more. The treatment effect and scores of HAMD, Fugl-Meyer, MBI and SWLS in two groups were compared. Results： The HAMD score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group. Fugl-Meyer, MBI, and SWLS score in the observation group were higher than the control group（P〈 0.05）. The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The routine treatment, vinpocetine and the Quyu Tongluo decoction on sequela of ischemic stroke shows a remarkable effect, can improve the prognosis, and is worthy of application in clinic.
